Who We Are

Green Mountain Leadership Training (GMLT) is focused on providing interactive leadership training that takes both the employee and the organization to the NEXT LEVEL.  Our current courses have been running for over 6 years and have been taught for "repeat" customers based on their classroom experiences and changes resulting in their organization.  Class sizes have ranged from 15 - 180 participants.  731 of the last 733 class participants answered the class exit survey question:  "Would you recommend this class to someone else?" with: "Yes", "Yes - Enthusiastically", "Most Definitely", "For sure!", or "Absolutely!"   GMLT has had over 2,200 students complete our courses and seminars.

Our courses empower individuals to see themselves as leaders and to lead others to implement positive change in the workplace and at home.  This starts with honor, integrity, and a desire for excellence.  From these core values, personal lives and organizations change and productivity increases.  Our courses push participants to identify and work within their personal "CONVERGENCE" which results from combining their personal talents, passions, and acquired skills.  We believe that every person can do 1 thing better than 10,000 other people. 
Adam Green, his wife, and two teenagers live in Virginia where they are active in their local church and high school sports.  He has also spent 7 years serving as a youth leader and children's ministry facilitator in four churches.

Why Us

Adam Green, P.E., the course director and primary facilitator, has over 30 years of experience as a leader, manager, project manager, program manager and director in the facilities design and construction industry.  He has led and managed work teams ranging in size from 5 to 550 employees for the U.S. Air Force, the Department of State, and other federal agencies in both domestic and overseas environments.  He has managed programs up to $1 billion in annual value and has served in the lead role to develop 5-10 year strategic plans and 20 year plans for major programs and military bases.  He has led teams to over 27 countries to accomplish major projects and programs, and over the past decade oversaw the planning and  execution of a $1 billion strategic plan to rebuild military bases.
